Uniform is worn at Braunston School to develop a sense of pride in being a member of the school community.
This can be purchased from tailormade or Scallywagz in Daventry
- Green sweatshirt, jumper or cardigan (Logo preferred)
- Green or white polo shirt
- Plain, dark grey or black trousers, shorts or skirt.
- Sensible sturdy black shoes (not trainers)
- Green/white checked or striped cotton dress or skort dress
* Special permission (at the discretion of the Head Teacher) will be granted in term Summer 2 for leavers' hoodies to be worn.
PE
Plain white T-shirt for PE or white T-shirt with school logo and Team Braunston on the back. Black shorts, plimsolls for EYFS and KS1, black trainers for KS2. Plain green hoodie or school jumper. All the children will also need a swimming costume and swimming hat for the summer months.

Personal Belongings
Jewellery should not be worn in school. If your child has pierced ears, small studs are permitted. However, these MUST be removed, by the child, for PE.
Nail varnish should not be worn in school.
Name Labels and Lost Property
Please ensure that all items of your children’s school clothing are named. This is particularly important for shoes, sports clothes and school sweatshirts. There is a lost property cupboard for those items that do go astray!
Book Bags
Book Bags are available to buy from both of our suppliers in Daventry. These are useful for transporting reading books, homework and correspondence between school and home. Please check your child’s book bag each evening.
